1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Visit Three API Suite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password or API keys to any third party.
3. API Usage and Rate Limiting
Your use of the Visit Three APIs is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. You agree not to attempt to circumvent or bypass these rate limits. Excessive usage or abuse of the API may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Visit Three and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Visit Three.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Visit Three, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
